Given the exclusivity of each design and the handcrafted nature of our art pieces, we do not offer refunds for any orders. This policy is part of our commitment to ensuring that your orders meet the highest standards. Every art piece goes through meticulous scrutiny before it's sent out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it helps us maintain the quality and uniqueness of our creations. In adherence to the highest standards of hygiene, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate returns for art abaya's and size changes. Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we implore you to promptly contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Rest assured, we will do our best to address the issue promptly. Note, self-repairs and any alterations made by the customer void the right to a refund.
